Doctors for Clean Air (DFCA):
DFCA is a network of identified, passionate and trained Doctors who will lead the fight against Air Pollution in their respective regions across India. Doctors are the ones who see the adverse effects of air pollution in patients and manage them. They play a crucial role in translating air pollution and health researches across the world into simple, understandable language for the common people. Thereby, they contribute in:
- Raising awareness among the general public about the serious ill-effects of Air Pollution on human health
- Making citizens and policymakers recognise air pollution as a Public Health emergency
- Urging Citizens, administrators and policymakers for immediate and stringent for clean air and good health
